How many hours total are you registering for? Please refer to the Tuition Chart for pricing based on the payment plan you chose. Located under the "Tuition" tab. You will be invoiced once your registration is submitted & approved.

I acknowledge and consent to allow Jubilee Performing Arts to use: photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers, brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio's website, or on social media (such as the studio's facebook or instagram account).

Monthly tuition is due by the 10th of every month. If not paid by the 15th, a $15 late charge will be charged. By checking this box you are acknowledging that payment is due by the 10th of every month and a late fee will be added to your payment if not recieved by the 15th.
